Vegan Frozen Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup dairy-free ricotta (or regular ricotta drained of all moisture) (120 g) I used kitehillfoods not sponsored
- - 1/4 cup almond flour (28 g)
- - 2 tbsp maple syrup (42 g)
- - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g)
- - 1 tbsp juice of lemon
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 2 tbsp any jam (30 g)
Preparation
Makes 16 bites.1. Mix all these things except jam, stir until well blended
Add jam (i used cooked berries) and fold a couple of times to create a swirl
Scoop on parchment, freeze until solid
Keep bites frozen
