Check Out This Creamy Cilantro Cumin Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked chickpeas or used canned
- 1/2 cup good quality tahini.
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 -3 cloves of fresh garlic ( or more of you like more garlicky taste)
- Handful of cilantro chopped in small pieces
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/3 filtered water
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in the a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender
Serve hummus in a shallow plate
Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers
