Check Out This Creamy Cilantro Cumin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas or used canned
  • 1/2 cup good quality tahini.
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 -3 cloves of fresh garlic ( or more of you like more garlicky taste)
  • Handful of cilantro chopped in small pieces
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/3 filtered water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender

  2. Serve hummus in a shallow plate

  3. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers

  4. Enjoy! ​
