Homemade Vegan Garlic Knots with Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 16 oz pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10-12 leaves fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Red pepper flakes and salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F.
Roll dough out into large rectangle.
Cut into 12 even strips.
Form strips into knots and bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
In a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt, then mix together.
Remove garlic knots from oven and immediately toss in the oil mixture until evenly coated, then enjoy.
