Quick and Easy Tempeh Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1.5 cups grated tempeh
- 3 tablespoons liquid aminos
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ginger powder
- 6-7 shiitake mushrooms
- 7 bok choy
- 16 ounces udon noodles, cooked
Preparation
Add sesame oil, tempeh, liquid aminos, chili oil, rice vinegar, and garlic and ginger powders to a medium-sized pan on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add shiitake mushrooms and bok choy. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Mix in the udon noodles gently.
