Vegan Butter Chicken Inspired Stew
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 320 g vegan chicken
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil (as needed for frying)
Preparation
In a pan, fry the chicken and chopped onion in some oil.
After a few minutes add the crushed garlic and the grated ginger.
Stir and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Let the stew boil for a few more minutes before serving with rice.
