Ingredients
- Having a late lunch but still on a low carb ketoses diet therefore having a warm pan grilled veggie plate of asparagus
- kale
- cauliflower and cherry tomatoes (not many of these as keeping carbs at a minimum). Spiced up with garlic
- onion granules
- Himalayan salt
- black pepper
- oregano and paprika. You can add whatever source of protein you desire to this be it fish
- meat
- tofu
- soya
- lentils
- eggs... but you must have some protein with your carbs. My source of fat in this is olive oil (just one tablespoon)
