Ingredients

  • Having a late lunch but still on a low carb ketoses diet therefore having a warm pan grilled veggie plate of asparagus
  • kale
  • cauliflower and cherry tomatoes (not many of these as keeping carbs at a minimum). Spiced up with garlic
  • onion granules
  • Himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano and paprika. You can add whatever source of protein you desire to this be it fish
  • meat
  • tofu
  • soya
  • lentils
  • eggs... but you must have some protein with your carbs. My source of fat in this is olive oil (just one tablespoon)
