Baked Stuffed Bun with Garlic Herb Chicken
Ingredients
- 70g wholemeal bun
- Squeaky Bean garlic and herb chicken style pieces
- 1 teaspoon Tesco butterpak spreadable
- Marks and Spencer seasonal gold potatoes
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Fresh chives
- Salad
Preparation
Make a small slit in the side of the wholemeal bun where the buns touch
Use fingers to press inside and create a cavity in the bun
Fill the cavity with Squeaky Bean garlic and herb chicken style pieces
Add 1 teaspoon of Tesco butterpak spreadable to the filling
Bake the stuffed bun in the oven for 10 minutes
Boil the seasonal gold potatoes until tender
Mix the boiled potatoes with 1 teaspoon of butter and fresh chives
Prepare the salad
Serve the baked bun with the potatoes and salad
