Baked Stuffed Bun with Garlic Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • 70g wholemeal bun
  • Squeaky Bean garlic and herb chicken style pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Tesco butterpak spreadable
  • Marks and Spencer seasonal gold potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Fresh chives
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Make a small slit in the side of the wholemeal bun where the buns touch

  2. Use fingers to press inside and create a cavity in the bun

  3. Fill the cavity with Squeaky Bean garlic and herb chicken style pieces

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of Tesco butterpak spreadable to the filling

  5. Bake the stuffed bun in the oven for 10 minutes

  6. Boil the seasonal gold potatoes until tender

  7. Mix the boiled potatoes with 1 teaspoon of butter and fresh chives

  8. Prepare the salad

  9. Serve the baked bun with the potatoes and salad
