Buffalo Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast* optional, if you have some on hand add it in if not don’t worry about it. you can also use parmesan cheese here!
  • 1 tbsp oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cut the brussels in halves or thirds and add to a bowl. Then add the oil + spices + hot sauce + nutritional yeast and mix well, coating all the brussel sprouts

  2. Grease a baking sheet and add them to it

  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through

  4. Enjoy! Pair with some grilled chicken or salmon or just eat by themselves
