Buffalo Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast* optional, if you have some on hand add it in if not don’t worry about it. you can also use parmesan cheese here!
- 1 tbsp oil of choice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Preparation
Cut the brussels in halves or thirds and add to a bowl. Then add the oil + spices + hot sauce + nutritional yeast and mix well, coating all the brussel sprouts
Grease a baking sheet and add them to it
Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through
Enjoy! Pair with some grilled chicken or salmon or just eat by themselves
