Easy Paleo Beef Burgers with Spinach and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- sprinkle of salt
Preparation
Sauté 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, and 1/2 cup chopped spinach for 5 minutes in olive oil.
Mix the sautéed vegetables with 1 lb ground beef, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and a sprinkle of salt.
Form the mixture into 7 burgers.
Cook the burgers over medium heat in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Bake in the oven at 425°F for 5 minutes.
Check the internal temperature to ensure they are done.
