Paleo Gluten-Free Beef Burger Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- sprinkle of salt
Preparation
Sauté 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, and 1/2 cup chopped spinach in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Mix the sautéed vegetables with 1 lb ground beef, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and a sprinkle of salt.
Form the mixture into 7 burger patties.
Cook the patties in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Transfer to an oven preheated to 425°F and bake for 5 minutes.
Check the internal temperature to ensure the burgers are fully cooked.
Serve in a bowl paired with roasted carrots, zucchini, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.
