Paleo Gluten-Free Beef Burger Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, and 1/2 cup chopped spinach in olive oil for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix the sautéed vegetables with 1 lb ground beef, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and a sprinkle of salt.

  3. Form the mixture into 7 burger patties.

  4. Cook the patties in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Transfer to an oven preheated to 425°F and bake for 5 minutes.

  6. Check the internal temperature to ensure the burgers are fully cooked.

  7. Serve in a bowl paired with roasted carrots, zucchini, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.
