Oil Free Black Bean Burger
Ingredients
- 350 ml of warm water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 500 g of flour
- for the patties you need:
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 chili pepper
- salt, pepper and smoked paprika to taste
- silken tofu mayonnaise:
- 1 pack of silken tofu
- 2 tsp of dijon mustard
- 1 small onion
- 1 cm of a clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add flour and the salt. Add flour as you keep on mixing the dough until the dough is no longer sticky. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 min. Form small balls (I made 10 buns) and bake for 25 min at 180 °C
Blend everything together. If the mixture is too moist, add more oats. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 20 min before forming the patties and baking them in a pan until slightly browned on the outside. Try not to flip them too often
Blend everything together and pour in a container to store it in the fridge
