The Ultimate Black Bean Burger
Ingredients
- ?1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flaxseed meal + 3 tablespoons water set for 10 mins) or 1 egg
- ?1/2 red onion, finely diced
- ?2 cloves garlic, minced
- ?1 carrot, grated
- ?1 can black beans (rinsed and blended)
- ?1/4 -1/3 cup oat flour, gluten free if desired
- ?1 tsp cumin, chilli powder, paprika
- ? salt and pepper
Preparation
Combine all the above ingredients together
Form into burgers
Allow to chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before frying or grilling ??
