Four-Ingredient Black Bean Patties
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup oats
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
Spices
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
- cumin
- garlic powder
- onion flakes
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined.
Form medium size patties.
Bake at 360F for about 20 minutes.
Serve with whatever you desire.
