Four-Ingredient Black Bean Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)

Spices

  • salt
  • pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • cumin
  • garlic powder
  • onion flakes

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined.

  2. Form medium size patties.

  3. Bake at 360F for about 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with whatever you desire.
