Seasoned Black Beans with Spices and Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 cup veggie broth
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and cook to heat through for about 8 minutes.
With the back of your cooking spoon, mash some of the beans to thicken into a saucy mixture.
Optionally, for added flavor, sauté with fresh aromatics like minced garlic before cooking.
