and avocado. This was made from a batch of black beans I cooked in the instapot. I used a portion of it to make the beans for this bowl. I used 2 cups cooked black beans and added 1 cup of the cooking liquid
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp dry oregano. Cooked this in a sauce pan for about 3-4 minutes and mashed a small amount of the beans to thicken the mixture
