Red Lentil Fusilli with Mediterranean Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Red Lentil Fusilli
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Stuffed olives
  • Sun blushed tomatoes
  • Artichoke
  • Grilled pepper
  • Chickpeas

Sauce

  • Miso paste
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Cook the red lentil fusilli according to package instructions.
