Red Lentil Fusilli with Mediterranean Vegetables

- Red Lentil Fusilli
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Stuffed olives
- Sun blushed tomatoes
- Artichoke
- Grilled pepper
- Chickpeas
Sauce
- Miso paste
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Nutritional yeast
Preparation
Cook the red lentil fusilli according to package instructions.
Chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with oil until tender.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the cooked pasta, sautéed vegetables, and sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Serve the dish warm.
