Spicy Ramen Bowl for Quick Lunch or Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 portions vegan ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Preparation
Cook the ramen according to packaging instructions; drain and rinse when done.
To make the sauce, stir together the ketchup, hot sauce, tamari, maple syrup, rice vinegar and water.
If using, heat the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the noodles together with the sauce, toss together, and serve.
