Vegan Fried Rice with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 dl peas
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4-5 dl cooked rice

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion, garlic, carrots, and red pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil.

  2. Add frozen peas and stir everything together.

  3. When the vegetables are cooked through, add the spices, soy sauce, and cooked rice.

  4. Fry everything for a while until the rice is golden and slightly fried.

  5. Serve immediately.
