Vegan Fried Rice with Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 dl peas
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp curry
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4-5 dl cooked rice
Preparation
Fry the onion, garlic, carrots, and red pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add frozen peas and stir everything together.
When the vegetables are cooked through, add the spices, soy sauce, and cooked rice.
Fry everything for a while until the rice is golden and slightly fried.
Serve immediately.
