Quick Stir Fry with Noodles and Veggies

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Oil
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • Carrots
  • Parsnip
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Frozen green peas
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (agave, maple, or sugar)
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles.

  2. Prepare all vegetables beforehand.

  3. In a wok or pan, add oil and heat it.

  4. Add shallots, garlic, and fresh ginger.

  5. Then add carrots, parsnip, Chinese cabbage, steamed broccoli, and frozen green peas.

  6. Add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, and 1 teaspoon of any sweetener.

  7. Stir constantly until done.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
