Quick Stir Fry with Noodles and Veggies
Ingredients
- Noodles
- Oil
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Fresh ginger
- Carrots
- Parsnip
- Chinese cabbage
- Steamed broccoli
- Frozen green peas
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon sweetener (agave, maple, or sugar)
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook the noodles.
Prepare all vegetables beforehand.
In a wok or pan, add oil and heat it.
Add shallots, garlic, and fresh ginger.
Then add carrots, parsnip, Chinese cabbage, steamed broccoli, and frozen green peas.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, and 1 teaspoon of any sweetener.
Stir constantly until done.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
