Cinnamon Apple Muffins for Fall Season

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 flax eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 grated apples
