Crispy Spicy Cauliflower Hot Wings
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup hot buffalo sauce
Ranch dip
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp dill
- splash of unsweetened non dairy milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F
Mix water and flour together in a large bowl, then add garlic powder, paprika, and half of the olive oil, whisk until smooth
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and dunk each piece in the batter, ensuring it is thick enough to stay on but excess drips off, then lay pieces on a lined baking tray
Bake for 35 minutes
Mix hot buffalo sauce with the remaining olive oil in a large bowl, add the baked cauliflower, and coat each piece well
Bake again for 20-30 minutes or until crispy
While waiting, make the ranch dip and cut up celery
