Dairy-Free No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup grated almonds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 3 spoons cocoa
  • 2 spoons of coconut oil
  • a little water

Filling

  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 spoon cashew butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 2 tbsp of agar agar
  • 2 spoons maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all base ingredients and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Blend all filling ingredients and boil for 1 minute.

  3. Wait until the mixture reaches room temperature.

  4. Pour it over the base.

  5. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

  1. Serve with fresh fruits.
