Homemade Southwest Potato Chips and Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Optional southwestern spices
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic
Guacamole
- 1 avocado mashed
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil and seasonings
Bake on a wire rack for 50 minutes
Guacamole
Mix together and enjoy
