Potato Wedges and Guacamole

Ingredients

Guacamole

  • 5 ripe avocados
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 small shallot or half of a large shallot
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Small handful of cilantro
  • 1/16 teaspoon chili flakes or more to taste

Potato wedges

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Preparation

  1. Mash the avocado on a plate.

  2. Squeeze the lime juice all over and mix.

  3. Cube the tomato and chop the shallot as small as possible.

  4. Combine everything on the plate with salt, cilantro, and chili flakes.

Baking

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges.

  2. Add them to a bowl with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and rosemary.

  3. Mix all together with wet clean hands.

  4. Spread on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes at 190°C.
