Chunky and Creamy Guacamole Dip
Ingredients
- 5 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 shallot
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp of paprika
- A handful of cilantro
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
Smash the avocado with a fork in a big bowl or on a plate, as it tends to be the easiest way and I like the consistency better than using a food processor.
Finely dice the shallot and tomato and chop the cilantro.
Add the shallot, tomato and cilantro to the smashed avocado.
Mix with a fork until everything is homogenous.
Add paprika, salt, pepper and mix again.
Add the juice of half a lime or more if you prefer.
Mix to incorporate the juice.
Serve with a garnish of cilantro.
