Mushroom Avocado Toast with Garlic
Ingredients
Creamy garlic mushrooms
- 200 g seasonal mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 big garlic clove, chopped
- 2-3 spoons olive oil
- juice from half a lemon or lime
Toast components
- Fresh sourdough bread
- Avocado
- Pesto
Preparation
Put all mushroom ingredients on a warm pan and cook for 5-7 minutes over heat until soft and golden.
Warm the sourdough toast.
Add avocado and pesto to the toast.
Spoon the cooked mushrooms on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
