Sauteed Mushrooms with Onion and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- a little oil
- sliced mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- 1 tablespoon soy yogurt
- a dash of lemon juice
Preparation
Saute 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic in a little oil.
Add sliced mushrooms and sear until golden brown.
Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy yogurt and a dash of lemon juice.
