Sauteed Mushrooms with Onion and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a little oil
  • sliced mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • 1 tablespoon soy yogurt
  • a dash of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Saute 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic in a little oil.

  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sear until golden brown.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of soy yogurt and a dash of lemon juice.
