Pan-Fried Bread with Mushrooms and Seasonings
Ingredients
- bread
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- soy yogurt
- lemon juice
Preparation
Pan-fry the bread in a little olive oil.
Sauté 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic in a little oil.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of soy yogurt and a dash of lemon juice.
