Vegan Superfood Balls with Dates and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 50g coconut rasps
  • 100g hazelnuts
  • 180g dates
  • 35g water
  • 50g goji berries
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 10g choco protein powder

Preparation

  1. Roast 50g coconut rasps in a pan without oil.

  2. Grind 100g hazelnuts in a blender. Add 180g dates, 35g water, the grated coconut and 50g goji berries and continue mixing until a bound mass is obtained.

  3. Mix together 10g cocoa powder and 10g choco protein powder.

  4. Shape the dough into balls and roll them in the cocoa mixture.
