Vegan Superfood Balls with Dates and Nuts
Ingredients
- 50g coconut rasps
- 100g hazelnuts
- 180g dates
- 35g water
- 50g goji berries
- 10g cocoa powder
- 10g choco protein powder
Preparation
Roast 50g coconut rasps in a pan without oil.
Grind 100g hazelnuts in a blender. Add 180g dates, 35g water, the grated coconut and 50g goji berries and continue mixing until a bound mass is obtained.
Mix together 10g cocoa powder and 10g choco protein powder.
Shape the dough into balls and roll them in the cocoa mixture.
