Fat-Free Salt-Free Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- a few sprigs asparagus
- 2 radishes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Steam the potatoes, asparagus, and zucchini.
Chop the radishes and garlic.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve.
