Fat-Free Salt-Free Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • a few sprigs asparagus
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Steam the potatoes, asparagus, and zucchini.

  2. Chop the radishes and garlic.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  4. Serve.
