Christmas Pudding Flavour Huel
Ingredients
- today marks the start of my 16 week marathon training plan for the paris marathon! can't wait! ???♀️???♀️
- pastry:
- 150g flour
- 150g huel
- 80g icing sugar
- 140g margarine
- mincemeat:
- 600g dried mixed fruit
- 70g dried cranberries
- 50g glacé cherries
- grated rind of 1 orange
- 2 apples, grated
- 1 tbsp mixed spice
- 140ml port
Preparation
Mix everything together in a bowl and leave for a few hours, stirring occasionally
Bake in a covered dish for 1 hour and put into sterilised jars
Makes enough for about 50 mince pies
