Christmas Pudding Flavour Huel

Ingredients

  • today marks the start of my 16 week marathon training plan for the paris marathon! can't wait! ???‍♀️???‍♀️
  • pastry:
  • 150g flour
  • 150g huel
  • 80g icing sugar
  • 140g margarine
  • mincemeat:
  • 600g dried mixed fruit
  • 70g dried cranberries
  • 50g glacé cherries
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 1 tbsp mixed spice
  • 140ml port

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and leave for a few hours, stirring occasionally

  2. Bake in a covered dish for 1 hour and put into sterilised jars

  3. Makes enough for about 50 mince pies
