ginger vanilla pudding

Ingredients

  • • 3-4tbsp chia seeds
  • • 1tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • • 1/2tsp ginger
  • • 1/2tsp Maca powder
  • • 1/2C soy milk • 1tbsp soy yoghurt
  • • 1/2C water

Preparation

  1. Just mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight, then the following morning too with more yoghurt, fruit & a dark chocolate Christmas tree (obviously ?)
