Vegan Gingerbread Biscuits with Oat Milk
Ingredients
- 135g Grapeseed oil
- 150g dark brown sugar
- 150g golden caster sugar
- 125g golden syrup
- 125ml oat milk
- 650g wholemeal flour
- 2tsp ginger
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix the first five ingredients together in a mixer or with a whisk if doing by hand.
Add the flour and the rest of the ingredients and mix to a fairly stiff dough.
Roll out on a floured work surface and place on a baking sheet with enough room around them to spread a little.
Bake at 175°C for about 10 mins.
Let cool on trays for a couple of minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Tips
Best consumed in moderation due to high sugar content.
