Easter Unicorn Nest Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 salted caramel Slimming World hifi bars
  • 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Lindahl's kvarg white chocolate (0.5 syn)
  • NKD Living stevia drops
  • 3 Cadbury mini eggs
  • 5g Callebaut dark couverture chocolate (1.5 syn)
  • 7g Callebaut Ruby chocolate (2 syn)
  • Vimto candyfloss (synless or 0.5 syn)
  • Sprinkles and Toppers rainbow matt strands (0.5 syn)
  • 3 mini eggs (3 syn)
  • Chocolate logo coin (0.5 syn)

Preparation

  1. Squish the salted caramel hifi bars into a lined 3.5 inch chef's ring; you can warm them first to make it easier or use your fingers to crush them.

  2. Crush the mini eggs and add them to the mix of cheese triangles, kvarg, and stevia drops, then add the mixture to the ring.

  3. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.

  4. Pipe 5g of dark couverture chocolate into cold water and shape it by pressing a partially inflated water balloon into it.

  5. Drip pipe 7g of Ruby chocolate around the cheesecake.

  6. Add Vimto candyfloss, rainbow matt strands, additional mini eggs, and a chocolate logo coin for decoration.

  7. Apply lashings of lustre for a shiny finish; note that the total syn count is 11.
