Vegan Waffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 2T ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 medium zucchini (grated)
  • 2/3c quinoa flour
  • 1 scoop of mint cacao vegan protein powder
  • 2T cacao powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1T ACV
  • 1c of almond milk

Preparation

  1. Start by mashing the banana, then add the remaining ingredients in the bow to create your batter! Slowly incorporating the liquid until you have the perfect consistency

  2. Topped with PB Vanilla yogurt “icing”my fave creamy almond butter, and mini @enjoylifefoods vegan chocolate chips

  3. Vanilla icing: 1/2 container of organic creamy cashew yogurt (vegan) + 2T PB powder (sweetened with monk fruit). Mixed and placed in the freezer for 10min to thicken
