Creamy Buffalo Cauliflower Dip
Ingredients
- 1 extra large head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 block softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing (e.g., @mariesdressing)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In a dutch oven, steam the chopped cauliflower with 1/4 cup water for 8-10 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and drain.
Stir in the softened cream cheese, creamy ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.
Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
