Creamy Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 extra large head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 block softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing (e.g., @mariesdressing)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. In a dutch oven, steam the chopped cauliflower with 1/4 cup water for 8-10 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and drain.

  2. Stir in the softened cream cheese, creamy ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.

  5. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
