Garlicky Sun-Dried Tomato Walnut Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unroasted walnut butter from Artisana Naturals
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
- Crackers (for serving)
- Mini peppers (for serving)
Preparation
Add all the dip ingredients (except water) to a food processor.
Blitz the ingredients until they are well combined. If you prefer a chunky texture, pulse 12-14 times until the ingredients are finely minced. For a smooth and creamy dip, mix on high until achieved.
If necessary, add 1 tbsp of water at a time to achieve the desired consistency. Stop to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed.
Serve the dip at room temperature immediately, or chill and serve within 5 days. Enjoy with mini peppers and crackers.
