Kawaii Vampire Cakes
Ingredients
- 45g oat bran
- 4 tbsp natural fat-free yogurt
- 2 tbsp erythritol granulated
- Vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5g couverture chocolate
- 5g marzipan
- @pmecake colours
- @mycakedecor edible glue
- 1 tbsp raspberry coulis
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
In a bowl, mix together oat bran, yogurt, erythritol granulated, vanilla extract, egg and baking powder.
Pour mixture into recessed heart moulds and bake for 20 minutes.
Let the cakes cool.
Melt the couverture chocolate and pour into a piping bag.
Color the marzipan with @pmecake colours.
Pipe the chocolate for eyes and fangs.
Glue the marzipan for tongue and cheek blush with edible glue.
Serve with raspberry coulis.
