Pizza Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • @traderjoes tomato marinara sauce + pepperoni + sautéed mushrooms
  • spinach
  • and onions + feta cheese. Broil for a few minutes
  • keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Enjoy

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Cut Squash in half- if it’s too tough to cut, microwave for 3-4 mins to soften it. Remove the seeds from the middle. You can save and bake these as well

  3. Spray a pan with olive oil spray or take a paper towel and oil it. Place the squash face down. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let cool a few minutes after it’s cooked then take a fork and pull the “noodles” off. You’ll want to put some in a container and leave some for the actual meal if you want to stuff your squash
