Pumpkin & Pecan Nut, Gluten-Free (Totally Flourless) Chocolate Brownies to Celebrate


  • 125gms raw pumpkin - peeled, roughly chopped
  • 4 large organic eggs
  • 7 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 180gms dates (i used @ocado medjool gold dates)
  • 100gms dark chocolate ? (i used 85% @lindtuk)
  • Large handful of pecan nuts


  1. Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor, (I used my @ninjakitchenuk)

  2. Break the chocolate into small chunks, fold half into the mix. Pour into a pre-greased baking tray and top with the rest of the chocolate chunks and the pecan nuts (you could roughly chop a few into the mix too)

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200’ for 20minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy
