Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- handful that of almonds
- 1tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 dessert spoons of coconut yog
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 good handfuls of blackberries
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp of rawcacaopowder
- coconut milk
