  • handful that of almonds
  • 1tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 dessert spoons of coconut yog
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 good handfuls of blackberries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp of rawcacaopowder
  • coconut milk
