Gemüse Auflauf

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 big muschrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sumak
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 150 g grated halumi
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Cut vegetables in slices

  2. Put them in a Pyrex

  3. Strew salt, pepper, sumak and olive oil on it

  4. Bake them for 15 min. in a preheated oven at 200 C

  5. Add halumi and cherry tomatoes and bake them for one more 15 min
