Ingredients
- • portobello mushrooms
- • large organic tomato
- • mozzarella cheese (optional)
- • sea salt & black pepper
- • EBTB seasoning
- • fresh basil
- • balsamic glaze
Preparation
Preheat oven 400F
Lightly scrape out the portobello mushroom - drizzle a bit of avocado oil (or olive oil) and sprinkle some sea salt/pepper
Place a thick slice of tomato inside the portobello and again drizzle with avocado oil, sea salt, and pepper
Place in oven for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like
Once removed from oven you can eat as is and add EBTB seasoning, basil, and balsamic glaze or you can place a thick slice of mozzarella on top and broil until melted
