Ingredients

  • • portobello mushrooms
  • • large organic tomato
  • • mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • • sea salt & black pepper
  • • EBTB seasoning
  • • fresh basil
  • • balsamic glaze

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 400F

  2. Lightly scrape out the portobello mushroom - drizzle a bit of avocado oil (or olive oil) and sprinkle some sea salt/pepper

  3. Place a thick slice of tomato inside the portobello and again drizzle with avocado oil, sea salt, and pepper

  4. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like

  5. Once removed from oven you can eat as is and add EBTB seasoning, basil, and balsamic glaze or you can place a thick slice of mozzarella on top and broil until melted
