Ingredients

  • Mix 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt
  • set aside
  • Mix 5 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Preparation

  1. Roll out and flatten between 2 pieces of parchment paper so that dough is only about 1/4 inch thick, then chill in fridge for at least 30 min

  2. Use 1 1/2

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-14 min, flipping half-way

  4. Let cool, then using a fork to hold them, dip in mixture of melted @enjoylifefoods chocolate with 2 tsp peppermint extract & place in freezer for about an hour
