Dreamy Berry Easter Tarts

Ingredients

Crust

  • 30g cashew, soaked
  • 30g almonds
  • 4 dates, pitted

Filling

  • 80g cashew soaked in hot water overnight
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp agave or 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp raspberry powder

Toppings

  • frozen fruits
  • chocolate eggs
  • baby meringues

Preparation

  1. Blend all the crust ingredients and press into molds. Place them in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  2. Blend all the filling ingredients until creamy and smooth. Fill the tarts.

  3. Top the tarts with frozen fruits, chocolate eggs, and baby meringues.
