Vegan Vanille Crescent Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 100g margarine
- 40g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50g ground almonds
- 125g flour
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for the dough together.
Place the dough in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Form little moons out of the dough.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with two-sided heat.
Bake the crescents for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
