Simple Banana Bread with Rice Flour and Spices
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 0.5 cups vegetable milk
- 1 espresso shot
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a small mold.
Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
Optionally, decorate with sliced strawberries for a final touch.
