Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • I cooked 500g frozen strawberries and blueberries in a pan with 2 tbsp Fruit Syrup and the juice of 1 lemon
  • When it was nice and juicy I added 3 tbsp chia seeds and cooked a bit longer to reduce the juices
  • Then leave to cool
  • If you find it is too runny then just add another tbsp chia seeds and leave a while for them to absorb the juice
  • You can leave out the syrup if you find the fruit sweet enough
