1/3 cup soy or oat milk (oat makes it sweeter?), 1/3 cup water
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
3/4 of a finely grated carrot
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch ground ginger
pinch nutmeg
pinch fine sea salt
a little vanilla extract (optional) +
1 tsp maple syrup (optional) ~ either mix all this together + pop in a jar or bowl to soak overnight, or add it all to a saucepan + cook over a medium-high heat until creamy ? and enjoy! I topped mine with banana, blueberries, PB, pumpkin seeds + cinnamon
