Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup soy or oat milk (oat makes it sweeter?), 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 of a finely grated carrot
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch ground ginger
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch fine sea salt
  • a little vanilla extract (optional) +
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) ~ either mix all this together + pop in a jar or bowl to soak overnight, or add it all to a saucepan + cook over a medium-high heat until creamy ? and enjoy! I topped mine with banana, blueberries, PB, pumpkin seeds + cinnamon
