Antipasti Tree
Ingredients
- 750gms cream cheese
- 100gms chopped cooked artichoke hearts in oil (drained) i used a jar
- 1 minced fresh garlic clove
- handful chopped chives
- salt to taste
- to decorate:
- 200gms mixed olives
- 100gms sun dried tomatoes
- pomegranate seeds
- fresh rosemary
- cheese & cutter to make the star
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with the chopped artichokes, garlic & chives & add salt to taste
Spoon the mix into cling film and using your hands shape into a tree
Next remove the cling film
Smooth the ‘tree’ shape with a butter knife
Poke on all your decorations
Top with a cheese star
Serve with crackers and/or cured meats
